Smilegate is a company that wears many hats in the technology space. You may be familiar with one of their subsidiaries, Smilegate Entertainment, for their hit shooter, Crossfire. The Korean based company has quite a repertoire of games under their belt. With Smilegate’s years of experience in successful game development, the company is looking to create an even bigger splash with their new mobile service platform, Stove. This new service will provide developers with a number of tools to assist with the development process of video games. More importantly, Stove will create a unified and socially connected environment for gamers. We took some time at E3 to interview Smilegate’s Chief Technology Officer about their new platform:
