Today at Sony’s E3 press conference, Square displayed a mysterious trailer that ended with the infamous Final Fantasy VII music that triggered cheering from the entire audience. Final Fantasy VII HD has been confirmed and it’s coming to Playstation 4. You can watch the trailer below:
Fans have been clamoring for a Final Fantasy VII remake since the Playstation VII started the trend of creating HD remakes of video games. Square once said that before they will make a Final Fantasy VII remake they would need to have another successful Final Fantasy in the franchise. The day has finally come.
They announced it would be coming to Playstation 4, but did not specify whether it would be an exclusive title. We’ll dig for details while we’re here and let you know.
