SPRINT ANNOUNCES THE STYLISH LG G WATCH R

Every week there seems to be new announcements about different wearable technology. Sprint announced yesterday that they will be partnering with LG to offer the LG G Watch R (probably the best name I’ve ever heard) starting November 14th. LG’s G Watch R  is the first, full circle P-OLED display watch powered through Android Wear by Google.

One of the highlights of this device is its compatibility. The G Watch R will be compatible with any Android smartphone running Android 4.3 or later. Additionally, here are a few of its features and specs:

  • Ability to Receive Weather Alerts
  • Navigation
  • Displays Stock Information
  • Social Network Notifications

Out of all the available smart-watches, the LG G Watch R is (in my opinion) one of the most stylish tech watches. Although this watch does not have some of the features that the Samsung Galaxy Gear or the future Apple Watch have, it is a simple and stylish watch that has the benefit of not making you look like you are in Star Trek, unless that’s your thing. (More power to you)
