WELCOME TO THE NEW GOOGLE STORE

Google Store

The Google Play Store is a must stop shop for anyone who owns an Android Phone. Android users rely on the Google Play Store to get the latest apps, games, movies, and TV shows. However, did you know you could also buy devices?

For years, Google has sold a number of physical devices within the Google Play Store. Today, Google has launched a new store to not only buy products but to also help us learn more about the devices in Google’s “family”. Google stated in their offical blog post

At store.google.com, you can shop Nexus phones and tablets, Chromecast and Chromebooks, learn more about newer technology like Android Wear, Nexus Player and Nest, and stock up on accessories like cases, keyboards and chargers. You’ll see how the Google apps you already know—like Search, Maps and YouTube—work seamlessly with all these products. The Google Store is available on your phone, tablet, or laptop, and right now you’ll get free shipping on everything** (consider it our way of saying hello).

After a little exploring around the new Google Store, I was pretty impressed. Google did a great job with their overall design, and the website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. If you are looking to get the next great Nexus device, or any other type of accessory, I would suggest starting at the Google Store. The store also is a great stop for those looking to get the latest Android Wear. The site lists out some of the top Android Smartwatches such as the ASUS ZenWatch, Moto 360, and LG G Watch R.

Keep in mind that the Google Play Store can still be used for everyday needs like apps, games, books, movies, and music.
